I am not opposed to the idea of sushi, insofar as my education definitely needs to progress in this area. But I’d put in a vote for somewhere that lets me mix sushi with other Japanesey foods that offer some sort of texture contrast, for example by being cooked. Preferably deep fried. Because tempura, mmmmm.
