Magica Roma did that amazing baked mushroom starter, with cheese sauce, which has inspired me to recreate it (almost) at intervals ever since. They also do excellent veal, which is one of my favourite high-class Italian dishes. The subtle herby sauce was particularly good. Mostly I love the atmosphere at Magica Roma, though - it's warm, cosy and crammed with people who are clearly having a good time.
